Electrobot Course

Electrobot: electronics for children

Electrobot is a hands-on introduction to electrical and electronics for students curious about circuits, sensors, motors, relays, and the workings of everyday devices. The course combines concept, assembly and testing to develop logic, care and practical thinking.

Presentation

Components and circuits in practice

At Electrobot, the student comes into contact with the fundamentals of electrical and electronics in a safe progression. Instead of just focusing on theory, he assembles, tests, analyzes and adjusts circuits and systems.

The proposal is to show that current, voltage, resistance, sensors, motors and relays are not distant concepts, but concrete parts of technologies present in everyday life.

Skills

What develops

  • Understanding the fundamentals of electrical and electronics.
  • Identification and use of basic components safely.
  • Assembly of simple and functional circuits.
  • Relationship between theory, component and final result.
  • Organization, attention and responsibility in practical activities.
Course structure

Three electronics modules

Module 1: fundamentals of electrical and electronics

The student learns electrical safety, current, voltage, resistance, simple circuits and the function of the first components.

Module 2: sensors, motors and electromagnetism

The course progresses to sensors, relays, motors, automation and first contacts with the micro:bit controller board.

Module 3: more complete systems

In the final stage, the student integrates components into more functional projects and develops smarter solutions.

What are the classes like?

Concept, assembly, analysis and adjustment

Classes follow a progressive logic. First, the student learns the concept. Then, create a project that directly applies that content and tests the system in operation.

This process helps to better understand the role of each component and strengthens the link between theory and practice.

The topics evolve gradually so that the student understands technical concepts without losing clarity or confidence: first understand the component, then assemble the circuit, test its operation and adjust the solution.

Tools and themes

Projects and themes

Teaching kit

The course uses an electrical and electronic kit with components suitable for educational use.

Actual components

Resistors, LEDs, motors, sensors, relays and safe sources are part of the practical experience.

micro:bit in specific projects

The controller expands the student's repertoire and helps integrate logic and automation into selected challenges.

Troubleshooting

The student learns to observe behavior, identify faults and improve system assembly and responses.
